Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of any appointment changes. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. The remaining amount will be returned to you. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Ensure our cleaning team has easy access to your property on the scheduled cleaning day. If you use a key exchange service, please provide necessary details in advance.

Supplies and Equipment:
We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise specified. Any special requests or requirements should be communicated in advance.

Pets and Allergies:

Please secure pets during the cleaning session. Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to ensure a safe and comfortable cleaning environment.

Security and Confidentiality:

Your security is important to us. Our team follows strict confidentiality guidelines to protect your property and personal information.

Communication Protocols:

We prefer communication via phone call or email. Expect a response within 2 hours during regular business hours.

Scheduling and Timeliness:

We strive to be punctual. In case of unexpected delays, we will communicate with you promptly to keep you informed.

Payment Terms:

We accept payments via most major processing systems, including debit card, credit card, cash app, Zelle, etc. Payment is required 7 days in advance of your scheduled booking. If the booking is within the 7 days, we require full payment at the time of booking due to the way we finalize schedules.
